GENERAL CONTRACTING CONDITIONS

ACCOMMODATION CONTRACT – PLOTS AND BUNGALOWS:
Reservations are personal and non-transferable. A reservation is confirmed once the corresponding deposit, equivalent to 30% of the total cost (minimum €75) or 50% during high season, has been received. The remaining amount must be paid at check-in or via online check-in. €500 bills are not accepted. The campsite reserves the right to change the accommodation or pitch. If no written notice of a late arrival is received by 10:00 PM on the arrival date, the reservation will be automatically canceled, and the campsite may resell the accommodation or pitch. Unoccupied days must be paid according to the contracted rate. No refunds will be issued for early departures. The campsite reserves the right to change the assigned pitch or accommodation. It is mandatory to have at least Civil Liability insurance (for caravans and mobile homes).

Camping els Roures updates the website content as quickly as possible. However, errors may occur. Therefore, references (images, prices, and descriptions) of the products and services offered are for guidance only and are not contractual or binding.

FLEXIBILITY IN BOOKINGS – CANCELLATION POLICY

  • All cancellations must be made in writing to [email protected]. Cancellations made by phone will not be valid. For security and data protection reasons, modifications will only be accepted if they come from the same email address used for the reservation or with a copy sent to that email.
  • A reservation is considered confirmed once the corresponding payment has been made. However, the campsite reserves the right to cancel or modify the reservation within 48 hours of the reservation being made. In this case, the client will be notified as soon as possible, and if a deposit has been paid, it will be fully refunded.
  • Any modifications to a reservation must be made at least 15 days prior to the arrival date.
  • If the reserved stay is not completed, no refunds will be issued for the unused nights.
  • In case of a NO SHOW after 10:00 PM without prior written notice from the client, the reservation will be canceled, and the campsite reserves the right to resell the accommodation/pitch.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15 days following the cancellation date.
  • Weather conditions are not a valid reason for cancellation.

CANCELLATIONS FOR LOW SEASON STAYS:
(The following conditions apply to reservations without cancellation insurance):

  • Cancellation more than 15 days before arrival: We will refund the amount paid (subject to a €10 cancellation fee) or keep 100% of the amount as credit for a future stay (valid for 1 year).
  • Cancellations between 15 and 7 days before arrival: We will keep 100% of the deposit as credit for a future stay (valid for 1 year) or refund 50% of the amount paid.
  • Cancellations 7 days or less before arrival: No refund will be issued, and the amount paid cannot be used for future stays.

CANCELLATIONS FOR HIGH SEASON STAYS:
(bridges, holidays, Christmas, Easter, and school vacation periods). (The following conditions apply to reservations without cancellation insurance):

  • Cancellation more than 30 days before the arrival date: We will refund the amount paid (subject to a €60 cancellation fee) or keep 100% of the amount as credit for a future stay (valid for 1 year).
  • Cancellations between 30 and 15 days before the arrival date: We will refund 50% of the amount paid or keep 90% of the amount as credit for a future stay (valid for 1 year).
  • Cancellations 15 days or less before the arrival date: No refund will be issued, and the amount paid cannot be used for future stays.

CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS:

  • Any reservation modification must be made at least 15 days before the arrival date.
  • If a modification results in a higher price, the difference must be paid. No refunds or compensation will be provided if the new price is lower than the original reservation.
  • Any modification will result in a recalculation of the deposit amount.
  • If the client changes the dates of a reservation, it will be considered a new reservation and will be subject to the cancellation conditions.
  • In cases of force majeure, some services may be affected during the season. Prices will remain the same regardless of the services offered.

DEPOSIT FOR BUNGALOWS AND APARTMENTS:
At Càmping els Roures, we work daily to keep all our accommodations in perfect condition so that all families can enjoy their stay to the fullest.
The deposit is a tool to ensure the good condition of the accommodations from the moment of your arrival until your departure.

SCHEDULE OF CAMPING FACILITIES:
Weekday Stays: A discount applies as the facilities are closed.
The Bar, Restaurant, Supermarket, and Spa-Wellness are closed during the week from Sunday afternoon to Friday afternoon. All facilities are open on weekends (Friday afternoon to Sunday afternoon).
During high season (e.g., holidays, Easter, Christmas), all facilities are open—please check the calendar.

OUTDOOR POOL: Open from Sant Joan (June 24th) until September 1st.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES – RECEPTION:
CHECK-IN TIME: From 4:00 PM.
CHECK-OUT TIME: Before 12:00 PM. Check-out will be at 11:00 AM during high season, such as summer, Easter, and school holidays.

OCCUPANCY:
Under no circumstances may the capacity of our accommodations be exceeded. Occupancy is tied to the rate, and the corresponding fee is applied based on the number of occupants. Children aged 3 years and older (age during the stay) will be charged the appropriate supplement as an additional person, even if they share a bed.

ACCOMMODATION REQUESTS/PREFERENCES:
The accommodation number is assigned by Reception based on availability and internal organization. It is not possible to reserve a specific accommodation number. If you have any preferences, please communicate them in writing to the Reservations Department at the time of booking, and your request will be taken into consideration. However, we cannot guarantee or confirm any requests, but we will do our best to accommodate them whenever possible.

EQUIPMENT: (Bungalows, Apartments, and Rooms)

  • Natura Bungalows for 2 people, Apartments, and double and triple rooms do not have on-site parking within the camping area.
  • Bedding: Provided in all accommodations.
  • Courtesy Cleaning Kit: Includes a sponge, soap, cloth, garbage bag, and one dishwasher tablet. You will also find a broom, dustpan, mop, and bucket. The bathroom comes with two courtesy rolls of toilet paper.
  • Towels: Not included, but can be rented (please request in advance for better organization).
  • Kitchen Equipment: All accommodations* are fully equipped with kitchen utensils, a dishwasher, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, toaster, TV, individual heating, barbecue, parking space for the car, and outdoor table and benches/chairs.
  • The Large Natura Bungalow with three bedrooms includes parking for two cars.
  • The Natura Bungalows for 2 people do not have a dishwasher and are equipped with an Italian coffee maker.

BED LINEN CHANGES IN ACCOMMODATIONS:
A change of bed linens is performed once a week for accommodations with stays of 8 nights or more. If clients request a linen change, a fee of €15 per bed will be applied. Double and triple rooms receive a daily tidy-up.

SPA-WELLNESS:
From September 5th to June 22nd, the spa is open on weekends (Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning). It is open daily in the afternoons from June 24th to September 1st. Please book your time at reception. Swimsuits and slippers are required (caps are optional).

MASSAGE SERVICE:
To schedule a massage with our therapist, Carolina Burgos, please contact her directly at 627.064.317. Any massage appointment must be canceled more than 24 hours in advance to avoid losing the deposit.

PETS:
It is mandatory to inform the campsite reception if you are bringing pets to ensure they are accepted in the reserved accommodation and to avoid misunderstandings. If this is not done, the establishment may cancel the reservation and deny access to the accommodation.
Pets are not allowed in the apartments or rooms, and only certain bungalows accept pets. There is always an additional fee. Dangerous breeds and their crosses are not allowed. Only small and medium-sized dogs (up to 25 kg) are permitted. Not all accommodations accept pets, so please check if you have any doubts.
Clients must adhere to the internal regulations and are responsible for complying with the rules of coexistence. Any damage affecting the accommodation (cleaning, damage, etc.) must be paid by the client. Pets must be kept on a leash and under control at all times. They cannot be left alone or unattended in the accommodation or on the plot. Pets must be properly identified and must have civil liability insurance and a health certificate, which must be presented at check-in.
Pets must be walked outside the campsite for their needs, and owners must clean up after them. Access to playgrounds, indoor facilities, and other specifically marked areas is prohibited.

MAINTENANCE AND FACILITIES:
The campsite management reserves the right to close facilities for maintenance work and to modify activity schedules if necessary. Due to the current situation, it is possible that during the reopening of campsite services and in subsequent months, we may need to close facilities for maintenance, disinfection, and/or capacity control. These measures will not affect our pricing policy. During your stay, we may also need to carry out phytosanitary treatment protocols. In such cases, clients will be informed of the measures being taken, and efforts will be made to minimize any inconvenience to our guests.

100% SECURE PAYMENT:
The Virtual POS (TPV) implements SSL in all communications, preventing interception of information by third parties. Therefore, confidentiality is assured in all communications established during the transaction.

GIFT VOUCHERS:
Gift vouchers can be redeemed during the low season (check the calendar). They are redeemable subject to the establishment’s availability. They are valid for twelve months from the date of purchase. If the voucher is not redeemed within twelve months, it will be forfeited. The gift voucher is non-refundable. The voucher entitles the holder to a date change in case of force majeure, provided a medical certificate is presented.

SUMMARY OF COVERAGES FOR TEMPORARY CANCELLATION INSURANCE POLICY (waiting period: 30 days)
When a user purchases cancellation insurance from Catalana Occident, the camping’s own cancellation policy will no longer apply.
