How is the deposit for Bungalows and Apartments managed?

At Camping els Roures, we work daily to keep all our accommodations in perfect condition so that every family can fully enjoy their stay.

The deposit is a tool to ensure the good condition of the accommodations from the moment of your arrival until departure.

If you complete the ONLINE check-in, we will store your credit card details. If you prefer to check in in person upon arrival at the reception, a charge of €100 (or €150 for stays with pets) will be made to your credit card as a deposit.

WHAT INCIDENTS DOES THE DEPOSIT COVER?

The accommodation must be returned in the same condition as it was found at the time of entry.

The deposit will be refunded within a maximum of 8 calendar days after the departure date, provided that the accommodation is left in a clean condition and without damage, i.e., in the same condition as it was found at the time of entry. Otherwise, the cost of any damage will be charged.

Camping els Roures will use the deposit in the following cases:

• Damage to the accommodation and/or its furniture, both interior and exterior.
• Poor condition or damage to equipment and/or items such as decorations, textiles, or kitchenware, among others.
• Missing items and/or missing equipment such as decorations, textiles, or kitchenware, among others.
• Excessive waste, dirt, and/or disorder.
