The SPA-Wellness at Campsite les Roures is the ideal place to relax body and mind after a day of excursions and activities in the Vall de Camprodon, in the Pyrenees of Girona.
The SPA-Wellness building has the following facilities: Jacuzzi, cold and hot water circuit, Turkish bath with chromotherapy (humid steam room) and hot stone beds to finish relaxing your back. As well as changing rooms and showers. Open all year.
Access to the SPA-Wellness is available both for guests staying and for guests not staying at the campsite.

An area where you can relax and enjoy a journey of sensations with five types of thermotherapy showers, an ample Turkish bath with chromatherapy, a Jacuzzi and to finish, hot stone beds ideal for back pain, which are located in front of the huge window a happy end to forget all your troubles…
Benefits of the jacuzzi for body and mind
To increase the benefits of the Turkish bath it is recommended to stay 5 to 10 minutes, followed by a full body cold shower. This will stimulate the blood and will help to remove toxins from muscles and nourish them simultaneously.
After the session, it is highly recommended to drink a lot of fluids. To replenish the water lost during the spa session.

DELETE Monday to Sunday from 17.00 to 21.00 hrs.
SPA for families with children, Saturdays from 17 to 19 days or Sundays from 12 to 14 hrs.
