Frequently Asked Questions

Our facilities can be used from the moment of arrival. The check-in time for our accommodations is from 16:00 hours. However, depending on availability, there is a possibility for an earlier check-in (EARLY CHECK IN) by paying the corresponding supplement. In this case, please inquire at reception.

Reservations are subject to a cancellation policy that varies by season.

CANCELLATIONS FOR STAYS IN LOW SEASON
(The following conditions apply to reservations without cancellation insurance):

• Cancellation with more than 15 days before arrival – we will refund the amount paid (subject to €10 cancellation fee) or keep 100% for another stay (1 year).
• Cancellations between 15 and 7 days before arrival, we will keep 100% of the deposit for another stay (1 year) or refund 50% of the amount paid.
• Cancellations with 7 days or less, there will be no refund of the amount paid nor the right to keep the amount for future stays.

CANCELLATIONS FOR STAYS IN HIGH SEASON
(public holidays, festivals, Christmas, Easter, and school vacation periods). (The following conditions apply to reservations without cancellation insurance):

• Cancellation with more than 30 days before the arrival date, we will refund the amount paid (subject to €60 cancellation fee) or keep 100% for a future stay (1 year).
• Cancellations between 30 and 15 days before the arrival date, we will refund 50% of the amount paid or keep 90% for a future stay (1 year).
• Cancellations with 15 days or less before the arrival date will not receive a refund nor have the right to keep the amount for future stays.

You cannot reserve a specific accommodation number or plot. At the time of booking, you secure a plot at the campsite, but not a specific plot.
